Run Home for Habitat at the Belfast City Marathon

We are encouraging as many people as possible to lace up their trainers and choose to Run Home for Habitat in this year’s Belfast City Marathon on Monday 5th May.

We are encouraging as many people as possible to lace up their trainers and choose to Run Home for Habitat in this year’s Belfast City Marathon on Monday 5th May.

There is an event to suit all ages and abilities, with a full marathon, team relay, 8 mile walk and fun run to choose from.  Whether you are a competitive or recreational runner, or simply want to run for fun, we want you to make strides for Habitat and help us raise much needed funds.  Every step you take will help a family take a step further to having a simple, decent place to call home.

Every £25 raised will help pay for essential tools to help a family build their own home. 

Just £105 raised will pay for mosquito nets for an entire community to protect against life-threatening diseases.

£250 will literally put a roof over a family’s head giving them protection from rain and disease. 

An amazing £1235 will give a family trapped in poverty housing the ultimate gift – a home!
