All ReStores are open Monday – Saturday, from 9.30am – 5pm. We do close for some bank holidays; closures will always be noted on ReStore Facebook pages. Find your local ReStore on Facebook: Lisburn, Drogheda, Ballymena, Belfast, Glasnevin, Lisnagelvin, Newry, Newtownards.
To be fair to all our customers, ReStores operate on a first come, first serve basis. For this reason, we do not reserve or take deposits/part-payments on any item. Our experience, over the last 12 years, is that it is fairest for all customers.
Yes! Just call your local ReStore to pay for any item over the phone using a credit or debit card. You will need all of your card information in order to pay. All store information can be found here.
We are able to hold an item(s) for up to 7 days after purchase. Due to low-storage and high-volume of stock, we are unable to hold any items for longer than this. Items which are not collected may be resold. If your item is resold, you can contact your local ReStore for a full refund.
We are thankful to receive new donations every day from generous individuals and companies, which means that the best way to learn about current stock is to stop by your local ReStore or give them a call directly. All ReStore store information can be found here.
We try our best to make sure that all items posted on social media have the price and dimensions listed on the photo. If for any reason this is not the case, please contact the store, by phone or in-person, to enquire further.
Stock in ReStore changes very quickly! It is always best to contact the relevant store directly, by phone or in-person, to check about specific items/stock.
All electrical items are PAT tested in-store by staff and volunteers to ensure that they are safe to use. However, if the electrical product doesn't work, you can return it to the ReStore you purchased it from, with the receipt.
We accept returns on all purchases within 30 days. Please bring your purchase, with the receipt, back to the store you bought it from.
Our focus is on collecting donations, to enable access to low-cost materials for local people. We can recommend a cost-effective, local delivery service. The details for each delivery service can be found below:
